A framework to manage health and safety, and which includes the requirement for an annual health & safety plan and objectives, and a short annual review of the preceding year to provide reassurance to the company’s leadership that arrangements are adequate.  The policy includes the core expectation that all employees will act responsibly and avoid reckless behaviour and follow the rules and instructions provided to minimise the risk to health and safety.
