The company will meet commonly recognised standards, i.e. to maintain a working environment which is safe, friendly and inclusive.  It sets out the company’s expectations on manager and employee behaviour, and the process for handling complaints (should they arise).  But making it clear that all managers and employees must be respectful and courteous to all those they work with, including using good manners, being mindful of personal space and refraining from referencing inappropriate topics.
