It is always interesting to read and learn about other people, to get a deeper understanding of who they are, what they think, what they do in their job and out of work.  It enables us to connect with the person, not just their name and job title.  It helps to build bonds through a common understanding of both working for the company and the person behind the job title.  It helps to build a team mentality.

 

It can be led by senior managers answering questions, and communicating them across the company, but can be used by all employee grades across an organisation.  Perhaps a weekly or monthly Q&A email that acts as light relief to your employees, but also informative.
